You’ll experience gentle, mat-based core strengthening combined with somatic movement practices that deepen body awareness and support mindful connection. Each class includes therapeutic yoga postures designed to be accessible for all bodies, with breath-led movement to help regulate the nervous system and encourage ease.
Modifications are offered throughout, and every session emphasizes safety, alignment, and listening to your body.
