Deep Stretch Somatic Yoga

This gentle, feel-good class blends mindful yoga with somatic movement (the body as perceived from within) to help you reset your nervous system, release chronic tension and tightness, and feel more at home in your body.
Through slow, intentional movements, you'll unwind tight muscles, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body. Woven throughout are deep yin-inspired stretches held with breath and awareness, inviting you to soften into each pose and let tension dissolve from the inside out.
The entire class is adaptable and will be done sitting, standing with props and lying down on a yoga mat, with plenty of support and props available to ensure comfort for all bodies.
