The practice includes a therapeutic approach to yoga, where ancient wisdom meets modern wellness.

This isn't a typical yoga flow, it's a deep therapeutic journey designed to restore your entire being on the deepest levels.

Sessions start with an overall assessment of where you are physically, mentally and emotionally and what your goals are in these areas. Sessions are created from this assessment and are designed to elevate your overall well-being.

No prior yoga experience is necessary for this session!

By working one on one we are able to pause, reflect, ask questions and provide modifications throughout the entire practice.

Prior to your first session, you will be sent an intake form to assist with planning our time together.
