Join us each week for an intimate Rest & Restore Sound Bath at Sound & Yoga, a space to slow down, settle in, and give yourself permission to simply be.
Each one-hour experience begins with gentle guided meditation, helping you arrive in your body and let go of the pace of everyday life. From there, you'll be immersed in a evolving soundscape created live by Catherine and Mario.
Our sound journeys blend the organic resonance of live instruments with carefully layered digital sound. Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, multiple gongs, shamanic instruments, flutes, rainsticks, chimes, and other instruments from around the world come together with nature sounds, drones, atmospheric textures, and recorded instruments.
Using a MIDI controller and digital audio technology, Mario is able to layer and shape these sounds in real time alongside the live instruments, creating a rich, dynamic, and immersive experience that continues to evolve with each session.
No two sound baths are exactly alike.
The intention is simple: create a supportive space where you can relax deeply, quiet the outside world, and reconnect with yourself through sound and stillness.
Whether you're completely new to sound baths or have been joining us for years, you're invited to come exactly as you are. Lie back, get comfortable, close your eyes, and let the sounds carry you.

Our sound baths are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 8 participants, allowing us to create a more personal and supportive environment.

Eye pillow provided

A nurturing space to rest and unwind
