1:1 Private Yoga
Private yoga meets you right where you are.
Sessions start with an overall assessment of where you are physically, mentally and emotionally and what your goals are in these areas. Sequences and stretches are created from this assessment and are designed to elevate your overall well-being. These sessions are open to first time yoga practitioners or any level of experience.
The practice may include a variety of yoga styles, such as vinyasa, yin, restorative, chair or yoga nidra. By working one on one we are able to pause, reflect, ask questions and provide assists throughout the entire practice.
