This one-hour class blends the wisdom of ancient yoga teachings with modern science, offering children valuable tools to feel calm, confident, and balanced.

Through movement, mindfulness, and relaxation, kids will learn practical ways to support their well-being and thrive in everyday life. The class is designed to be engaging, empowering, and fun, helping children build essential life skills in a positive environment.

In this supportive space, children will enjoy playful practices that make mindful movement enjoyable while also fostering compassion, self-love, and empowerment. Creative activities encourage imagination and self-expression, while techniques for balance and focus help promote calmness, clarity, and emotional regulation. Each session is designed to nurture confidence and kindness, giving kids the tools they need to navigate the world with greater ease and resilience.

Class Flow:

  • Centering & Intention Setting: Starting with a mindful moment to focus.
  • Breath Awareness: Learning how breath can bring calm and energy.
  • Movement Practice: Gentle yoga poses designed and adapted for all abilities.
  • A peaceful wind-down to reset the mind and body, ending with a sound healing experience.

  • Class Size - Limited to 5 students for personalized attention.
  • Schedule - Mondays at 4 PM & Thursdays at 6 PM.
  • Private Sessions and Larger Group Options Available by Request.
